పరీక్షలో: జనరల్ అవేర్నెస్, జనరల్ ఇంగ్లిష్, క్వాంటిటేటివ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్, రీజనింగ్ ఎబిలిటీ, మార్కెటింగ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్/ కంప్యూటర్ నాలెడ్జ్ అంశాలపై ప్రశ్నలడుగుతారు. ఒక్కో విభాగం నుంచి 40 చొప్పున ప్రశ్నలుంటాయి. అంటే ఈ 5 విభాగాలకు 200 మార్కులు. పరీక్ష వ్యవధి 2 గంటల 15 నిమిషాలు. (200 ప్రశ్నలకు 135 నిమిషాల్లో సమాధానాలు గుర్తించాలి) ప్రశ్నపత్రం ఇంగ్లిష్, హిందీ మాధ్యమాల్లో ఉంటుంది. ప్రతి తప్పు సమాధానానికీ పావు మార్కు చొప్పున తగ్గిస్తారు.
కటాఫ్ ఇలా...
అభ్యర్థులు ప్రతి సెక్షన్లోనూ నిర్ణీత కటాఫ్ మార్కులు సాధించాలి. సెక్షన్ల వారీ సాధించాల్సిన మార్కులను బ్యాంక్ నిర్ణయిస్తుంది. సాధారణంగా ఈ కటాఫ్ మార్కులు పరీక్షకు హాజరైన అభ్యర్థులు ఆయా సెక్షన్ల వారీ చూపిన ప్రతిభ ఆధారంగా నిర్ణయిస్తారు. ఎక్కువ మంది అభ్యర్థులు ఒక సెక్షన్లో ఎక్కువ మార్కులు సాధిస్తే ఆ సెక్షన్ కటాఫ్ ఎక్కువగానూ, తక్కువ మార్కులు సాధిస్తే కటాఫ్ తక్కువగానూ ఉంటుంది. ఆయా సెక్షన్లలో కేటగిరీ వారీ పరీక్ష రాసిన అభ్యర్థులందరి మొత్తం మార్కులను కూడి వచ్చిన సగటును కటాఫ్గా నిర్ణయించడం ఒక పద్ధతి. మొత్తం ఖాళీలను అనుసరించి కటాఫ్ పెంచడం, తగ్గించడం లాంటివి నిర్ణయిస్తారు. ఖాళీలు, అభ్యర్థులు చూపిన ప్రతిభ రెండింటిపైనా కటాఫ్ మార్కులు ముడిపడి ఉంటాయి. అయితే పోస్టులు ఎక్కువగా ఉండి ప్రతిభ చూపిన అభ్యర్థుల సంఖ్య తక్కువగా ఉంటే కటాఫ్ తక్కువగా ఉంటుంది. పోస్టులు తక్కువగా ఉండే సందర్భంలో కటాఫ్ ఎక్కువగా ఉంటుంది. అలాగే ప్రశ్నపత్రం స్థాయిపైనా కటాఫ్ ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. కఠినంగా ఉంటే కటాఫ్ తక్కువగాను, సులువుగా ఉంటే కటాఫ్ మార్కు ఎక్కువగానూ ఉంటుంది. అందుకే అభ్యర్థులు అన్ని సెక్షన్లకూ సమ ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వాలి. అన్ని సెక్షన్లలోనూ మంచి మార్కులు సాధించి, ఏదో ఒక సెక్షన్లో పూర్తిగా వెనుకబడిపోతే అవకాశాన్ని చేజార్చుకున్నట్టే. ప్రతి సెక్షన్లోనూ 50 శాతం మార్కులు పొందితే కటాఫ్ గండం గట్టెక్కినట్టే.
ఇంటర్వ్యూకు ఎంపిక ఇలా...
ప్రతి కేటగిరీ నుంచి మొత్తం ఖాళీలకు మూడు రెట్ల సంఖ్యలో అభ్యర్థులను ఇంటర్వ్యూకి పిలుస్తారు. అభ్యర్థులు ఇంటర్వ్యూలోనూ కనీస అర్హత మార్కులు సాధించడం తప్పనిసరి. ఈ మార్కులను కూడా బ్యాంకే నిర్ణయిస్తుంది. కనీస అర్హత మార్కుల విషయంలో ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, ఓబీసీ, పీహెచ్, ఎక్స్ సర్వీస్మెన్ అభ్యర్థులకు 5 శాతం సడలింపు ఉంటుంది. అభ్యర్థికి స్థానిక భాషలో ఉన్న ప్రావీణ్యాన్ని కూడా ఇంటర్వ్యూలో గమనిస్తారు. దీనికి కూడా 10 శాతం వెయిటేజీ ఉంటుంది. రాత పరీక్షలో సాధించిన మార్కులు, ఇంటర్వ్యూలో పొందిన మార్కులు ఈ రెండింటినీ కూడి తుది నియామకాలను చేపడతారు.
ఎంపికైతే...
ఈ నియామకం ద్వారా ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థి ముంబైలో పోస్టింగ్ పొందితే ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న స్కేల్ ప్రకారం రూ.17,500 వేతనంగా పొందొచ్చు. అయితే జీతభత్యాలు అభ్యర్థి పనిచేసే ప్రాంతాన్ని బట్టి స్వల్పంగా మారతాయి. ప్రస్తుతం బ్యాంక్ క్లరికల్ కేడర్ ఉద్యోగుల మూలవేతనం రూ.7200గా ఉంది. దీనికి డీఏ, హెచ్ఆర్ఏ, సిటీ ఆలవెన్సు...తదితరాలు అదనంగా ఉంటాయి. కొద్ది నెలల్లో కొత్త పే స్కేలు అమలులోకొస్తుంది. మూలవేతనం రూ.పదివేలకు తగ్గకుండా రూ.పదకొండు వేల వరకు చేరుకోవచ్చు. అంటే క్లరికల్ కేడర్ ఉద్యోగులు ఏ ప్రాంతంలో పోస్టింగ్ పొందినప్పటికీ నెలకు రూ.20,000 వరకు వేతనంగా ఆశించొచ్చు. హైదరాబాద్, విశాఖపట్నం లాంటి చోట్ల రూ.23,000 వరకు పొందొచ్చు. 6 నెలల పాటు ప్రొబేషన్ వ్యవధి ఉంటుంది. అనంతరం శాశ్వత ఉద్యోగులుగా విధుల్లోకి తీసుకుంటారు.

జనరల్ అవేర్నెస్
అభ్యర్థికి పరిసరాలపై ఏ మేరకు అవగాహన ఉందో తెలుసుకునేలా ప్రశ్నలుంటాయి. నిత్యజీవితంలో రోజువారీ సంఘటనలపైనే ఎక్కువ ప్రశ్నలు అడుగుతారు. జూలై 2014 నుంచి దేశం, ప్రపంచంలో జరిగిన ముఖ్య పరిణామాలు, మార్పులు.. అంటే విజేతలు, అవార్డు గ్రహీతలు, పుస్తకాలు, రచయితలు, నియామకాలు, ఎంపికలు, ప్రముఖుల పర్యటనలు(భారత్ వచ్చిన విదేశీయులు, భారత ప్రధాని పర్యటనలు), సభలు, సమావేశాలు, వివిధ క్రీడలు...అందులో విజయం సాధించినవాళ్లు, కీలక ఒప్పందాలు ఇవన్నీ గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి. అలాగే స్టాక్ జీకేపైనా ప్రశ్నలడుగుతారు. దేశాలు వాటి రాజధానులు, కరెన్సీలు, పార్లమెంట్ పేర్లు, ఎత్తయినవి, లోతైనవి, విశాలమైనవి...ఇలా అన్ని ముఖ్యాంశాలూ కవర్ అయ్యేలా చదువుకోవాలి. పత్రికా పఠనం పెంపొందించుకుని ముఖ్యాంశాలు నోట్సుగా రాసుకుంటే ఆశించిన మేర ప్రయోజనం పొందవచ్చు.
జనరల్ ఇంగ్లిష్
తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల విద్యార్థులు భయపడే విభాగం ఇదే. అయితే క్లరికల్ పోస్టులకు పోటీ రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిలో ఉంటుంది కాబట్టి ఆందోళన చెందాల్సిన పనిలేదు. అలాగని చెప్పి ఈ విభాగాన్ని నిర్లక్ష్యం చేస్తే ప్రమాదమే. ఎందుకంటే ఈ విభాగంలో ఎక్కువ మార్కులు స్కోర్ చేసినవాళ్లు పోస్టింగ్ని సొంతం చేసుకోవచ్చు. కాబట్టి ప్రాథమికాంశాలతో ప్రిపరేషన్ ప్రారంభించాలి. వ్యాకరణంపై పట్టు సాధించాలి. ఈ విభాగంలో కొద్దిపాటి సన్నద్ధతతో ఎక్కువ మార్కులు స్కోర్ చేయడానికి అవకాశం ఉండే అంశాలపై (ఉదాహరణకు ఆర్టికల్స్) ముందు దృష్టి కేంద్రీకరించాలి. కనీసం 25 మార్కులకు తగ్గకుండా చూసుకుని, మిగిలిన విభాగాల్లో రాణిస్తే ఉద్యోగం పొందడం సాధ్యమవుతుంది. పారాగ్రాఫ్ ప్రశ్నలు, ఖాళీలను పూరించడంపై దృష్టి పెట్టాలి. సమయం ఉంటే పదసంపదను మెరుగుపర్చుకోవాలి.
క్వాంటిటేటివ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్
పరీక్షలో అధిక సమయం పట్టే విభాగాల్లో ఇదొకటి. అందువల్ల సమయం వృథా కాకుండా చూసుకోవడం ముఖ్యం. తక్కువ వ్యవధిలో జవాబు రాబట్టగలిగే ప్రశ్నలపై ముందు దృష్టి పెట్టాలి. తర్వాత సమయం ఉంటే మిగిలిన ప్రశ్నల సంగతి ఆలోచించవచ్చు. కొన్ని ప్రశ్నలు చదవడానికే కనీసం నిమిషం పడుతుంది. అభ్యర్థులు తెలివిగా వీటిని ముట్టుకోకపోవడమే మంచిది. అలాగే జవాబు రాబట్టడానికి ఎక్కువ ప్రొసీజర్ అవసరమయ్యే వాటిని కూడా పక్కనపెట్టేయడమే శ్రేయస్కరం. మొత్తం ప్రశ్నపత్రం పూర్తయిన తర్వాత సమయం ఉంటే ఈ రెండు రకాల ప్రశ్నలకూ జవాబులు రాబట్టడానికి ప్రయత్నించడం తెలివైన నిర్ణయం అవుతుంది. అభ్యర్థికి తెలివితేటలతోపాటు తెలివిగా నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవడం కూడా అవసరమే. తెలివితేటలు, నిర్ణయాల మధ్య సమన్వయం కుదిరితేనే విజయతీరాలను చేరొచ్చు.
కూడికలు, తీసివేతలు, గుణకారాలు, భాగహారాలు, ఘనాలు, ఘన మూలాలు, వర్గాలు, వర్గమూలాలు, శాతాలు, భిన్నాలకు సంబంధించిన అంశాల మీద మంచి పట్టు సాధించాలి. వడ్డీ రేట్లు, వాటాలు, కాలం-పని, కాలం-దూరం, రైళ్లు, వయసు మీద ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి. శాతాలు, నిష్పత్తులపైనా అవగాహన పెంచుకోవాలి. కొంత డేటా ఇచ్చి ప్రశ్నలు అడుగుతారు. దాన్ని విశ్లేషించగలిగితే ఐదు మార్కులు సులువుగా సొంతం చేసుకున్నట్టే.
రీజనింగ్ ఎబిలిటీ
అభ్యర్థులు సంఖ్యలు, అక్షరాలు, పదాలపై ఎక్కువ సాధన చేయవలసి వుంటుంది. వర్గాలు, ఘనాలు, వర్గమూలాలు, ఘన మూలాలపై పట్టు సాధించాలి. ప్రశ్నను చూసిన వెంటనే జవాబు రాసేవిధంగా సాధన చేయాలి. ప్రాథమికాంశాలపై దృష్టి పెట్టాలి. తక్కువ సమయంలో తెలివిగా ఆలోచించి జవాబు గుర్తించే నైపుణ్యం పెంచుకోవాలి. దీనికి సాధన ఒక్కటే మార్గం. వీలైనన్ని మోడల్ ప్రశ్నలు బాగా ప్రాక్టీస్ చేయాలి. నోటితోనే లెక్కించగలిగే నైపుణ్యాన్ని పెంపొందించుకోవాలి.
మార్కెటింగ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్
వివిధ కంపెనీలు వాటి ఉత్పత్తులపై అవగాహన ఉండాలి. అలాగే ట్యాగ్లైన్లు గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి. కిందివాటిలో ఫలానా కంపెనీకి చెందని ఉత్పత్తిని గుర్తించండి? సంతూర్ సబ్బు ఏ కంపెనీ తయారుచేస్తుంది? మామ్స్ మ్యాజిక్ బిస్కెట్లు ఏ సంస్థ ఉత్పాదన? ఇలా ప్రశ్నలడుగుతారు. లోగో ఇచ్చి కంపెనీ పేరు కూడా గుర్తించమనొచ్చు. కాబట్టి విరివిగా ఉపయోగించే వివిధ రకాల ఉత్పత్తులు, పరికరాలపై అవగాహన పెంచుకోవాలి. కొత్తగా మార్కెట్లోకి వస్తున్న వాటిపైనా సమాచారం అభ్యర్థి వద్ద ఉండాలి. భీమా రంగానికి చెందిన వివిధ కంపెనీలు, వాటి పాలసీలపైనా ప్రశ్నలుంటాయి.
కంప్యూటర్ నాలెడ్జ్
ఈ విభాగంలో కంప్యూటర్ హార్డ్వేర్, సాఫ్ట్వేర్ అంశాలపై ప్రశ్నలుంటాయి. కంప్యూటర్ను వినియోగించడం తెలిసినవాళ్లు చాలా ప్రశ్నలకు సులువుగానే సమాధానాలు రాయవచ్చు. కంప్యూటర్, టెక్నాలజీ సంబంధిత పదజాలంపై పరిజ్ఞానం పెంచుకోవడం ద్వారా ఈ విభాగాన్ని సమర్థంగా ఎదుర్కోవచ్చు. అలాగే చాలా తక్కువ వ్యవధిలో ఈ విభాగం పూర్తిచేస్తే ఇక్కడ ఆదా చేసిన సమయాన్ని క్వాంటిటేటివ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్, రీజనింగ్లకు వినియోగించుకోవడం సాధ్యమవుతుంది. ఫలితంగా నిర్ణీత వ్యవధిలో తెలిసిన అన్ని ప్రశ్నలకూ జవాబులు గుర్తించడం వీలవుతుంది.
ఐబీపీఎస్ క్లరికల్ పరీక్షతో పోలిస్తే ఈ పరీక్షలో అదనంగా మార్కెటింగ్ విభాగం ఉంటుంది. అలాగే పరీక్ష స్థాయి కొంచెం కఠినంగా ఉంటుంది.

పరీక్ష ఆన్లైన్లోనే నిర్వహిస్తారు కాబట్టి వీలైన్ని మోడల్ ప్రశ్నపత్రాలను ఆన్లైన్లోనే సాధన చేయాలి. ఇలా చేస్తున్నప్పుడు సమయాన్ని కూడా పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోవాలి.

అర్హత: ఏదైనా డిగ్రీ ఉత్తీర్ణత
వయోపరిమితి: 20 నుంచి 28 ఏళ్లు అంటే డిసెంబర్ 1, 1986; డిసెంబర్ 1, 1994 మధ్య జన్మించినవాళ్లే అర్హులు. (ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీలకు ఐదేళ్లు; ఓబీసీలకు మూడేళ్లు, పీడబ్ల్యుడీ- జనరల్ అభ్యర్థులకు పదేళ్లు, ఓబీసీ అభ్యర్థులకు పదమూడేళ్లు, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీలకు 15 ఏళ్లు; భర్త చనిపోయిన, విడాకులు పొంది ఒంటరిగా ఉంటున్న మహిళలకు 9 ఏళ్లు, ఎక్స్ సర్వీస్మెన్కు అభ్యర్థి సర్వీస్ ప్రకారం గరిష్ఠ వయోపరిమితిలో సడలింపులు వర్తిస్తాయి)
ఎంపిక విధానం: ఆన్లైన్ పరీక్ష, ఇంటర్వ్యూల ద్వారా
పరీక్షలో: జనరల్ అవేర్నెస్, జనరల్ ఇంగ్లిష్, క్వాంటిటేటివ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్, రీజనింగ్ ఎబిలిటీ, మార్కెటింగ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్/ కంప్యూటర్ నాలెడ్జ్ అంశాలపై ప్రశ్నలడుగుతారు. ఒక్కో విభాగం నుంచి 40 చొప్పున ప్రశ్నలుంటాయి. అంటే ఈ 5 విభాగాలకు 200 మార్కులు. పరీక్ష వ్యవధి 2 గంటల 15 నిమిషాలు. (200 ప్రశ్నలకు 135 నిమిషాల్లో సమాధానాలు గుర్తించాలి) ప్రశ్నపత్రం ఇంగ్లిష్, హిందీ మాధ్యమాల్లో ఉంటుంది. ప్రతి తప్పు సమాధానానికీ పావు మార్కు చొప్పున తగ్గిస్తారు.
కటాఫ్ ఇలా...
అభ్యర్థులు ప్రతి సెక్షన్లోనూ నిర్ణీత కటాఫ్ మార్కులు సాధించాలి. సెక్షన్ల వారీ సాధించాల్సిన మార్కులను బ్యాంక్ నిర్ణయిస్తుంది. సాధారణంగా ఈ కటాఫ్ మార్కులు పరీక్షకు హాజరైన అభ్యర్థులు ఆయా సెక్షన్ల వారీ చూపిన ప్రతిభ ఆధారంగా నిర్ణయిస్తారు. ఎక్కువ మంది అభ్యర్థులు ఒక సెక్షన్లో ఎక్కువ మార్కులు సాధిస్తే ఆ సెక్షన్ కటాఫ్ ఎక్కువగానూ, తక్కువ మార్కులు సాధిస్తే కటాఫ్ తక్కువగానూ ఉంటుంది. ఆయా సెక్షన్లలో కేటగిరీ వారీ పరీక్ష రాసిన అభ్యర్థులందరి మొత్తం మార్కులను కూడి వచ్చిన సగటును కటాఫ్గా నిర్ణయించడం ఒక పద్ధతి. మొత్తం ఖాళీలను అనుసరించి కటాఫ్ పెంచడం, తగ్గించడం లాంటివి నిర్ణయిస్తారు. ఖాళీలు, అభ్యర్థులు చూపిన ప్రతిభ రెండింటిపైనా కటాఫ్ మార్కులు ముడిపడి ఉంటాయి. అయితే పోస్టులు ఎక్కువగా ఉండి ప్రతిభ చూపిన అభ్యర్థుల సంఖ్య తక్కువగా ఉంటే కటాఫ్ తక్కువగా ఉంటుంది. పోస్టులు తక్కువగా ఉండే సందర్భంలో కటాఫ్ ఎక్కువగా ఉంటుంది. అలాగే ప్రశ్నపత్రం స్థాయిపైనా కటాఫ్ ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. కఠినంగా ఉంటే కటాఫ్ తక్కువగాను, సులువుగా ఉంటే కటాఫ్ మార్కు ఎక్కువగానూ ఉంటుంది. అందుకే అభ్యర్థులు అన్ని సెక్షన్లకూ సమ ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వాలి. అన్ని సెక్షన్లలోనూ మంచి మార్కులు సాధించి, ఏదో ఒక సెక్షన్లో పూర్తిగా వెనుకబడిపోతే అవకాశాన్ని చేజార్చుకున్నట్టే. ప్రతి సెక్షన్లోనూ 50 శాతం మార్కులు పొందితే కటాఫ్ గండం గట్టెక్కినట్టే.
ఇంటర్వ్యూకు ఎంపిక ఇలా...
ప్రతి కేటగిరీ నుంచి మొత్తం ఖాళీలకు మూడు రెట్ల సంఖ్యలో అభ్యర్థులను ఇంటర్వ్యూకి పిలుస్తారు. అభ్యర్థులు ఇంటర్వ్యూలోనూ కనీస అర్హత మార్కులు సాధించడం తప్పనిసరి. ఈ మార్కులను కూడా బ్యాంకే నిర్ణయిస్తుంది. కనీస అర్హత మార్కుల విషయంలో ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, ఓబీసీ, పీహెచ్, ఎక్స్ సర్వీస్మెన్ అభ్యర్థులకు 5 శాతం సడలింపు ఉంటుంది. అభ్యర్థికి స్థానిక భాషలో ఉన్న ప్రావీణ్యాన్ని కూడా ఇంటర్వ్యూలో గమనిస్తారు. దీనికి కూడా 10 శాతం వెయిటేజీ ఉంటుంది. రాత పరీక్షలో సాధించిన మార్కులు, ఇంటర్వ్యూలో పొందిన మార్కులు ఈ రెండింటినీ కూడి తుది నియామకాలను చేపడతారు.
ఎంపికైతే...
ఈ నియామకం ద్వారా ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థి ముంబైలో పోస్టింగ్ పొందితే ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న స్కేల్ ప్రకారం రూ.17,500 వేతనంగా పొందొచ్చు. అయితే జీతభత్యాలు అభ్యర్థి పనిచేసే ప్రాంతాన్ని బట్టి స్వల్పంగా మారతాయి. ప్రస్తుతం బ్యాంక్ క్లరికల్ కేడర్ ఉద్యోగుల మూలవేతనం రూ.7200గా ఉంది. దీనికి డీఏ, హెచ్ఆర్ఏ, సిటీ ఆలవెన్సు...తదితరాలు అదనంగా ఉంటాయి. కొద్ది నెలల్లో కొత్త పే స్కేలు అమలులోకొస్తుంది. మూలవేతనం రూ.పదివేలకు తగ్గకుండా రూ.పదకొండు వేల వరకు చేరుకోవచ్చు. అంటే క్లరికల్ కేడర్ ఉద్యోగులు ఏ ప్రాంతంలో పోస్టింగ్ పొందినప్పటికీ నెలకు రూ.20,000 వరకు వేతనంగా ఆశించొచ్చు. హైదరాబాద్, విశాఖపట్నం లాంటి చోట్ల రూ.23,000 వరకు పొందొచ్చు. 6 నెలల పాటు ప్రొబేషన్ వ్యవధి ఉంటుంది. అనంతరం శాశ్వత ఉద్యోగులుగా విధుల్లోకి తీసుకుంటారు.
ప్రిపరేషన్ ఇలా...
జనరల్ అవేర్నెస్
అభ్యర్థికి పరిసరాలపై ఏ మేరకు అవగాహన ఉందో తెలుసుకునేలా ప్రశ్నలుంటాయి. నిత్యజీవితంలో రోజువారీ సంఘటనలపైనే ఎక్కువ ప్రశ్నలు అడుగుతారు. జూలై 2014 నుంచి దేశం, ప్రపంచంలో జరిగిన ముఖ్య పరిణామాలు, మార్పులు.. అంటే విజేతలు, అవార్డు గ్రహీతలు, పుస్తకాలు, రచయితలు, నియామకాలు, ఎంపికలు, ప్రముఖుల పర్యటనలు(భారత్ వచ్చిన విదేశీయులు, భారత ప్రధాని పర్యటనలు), సభలు, సమావేశాలు, వివిధ క్రీడలు...అందులో విజయం సాధించినవాళ్లు, కీలక ఒప్పందాలు ఇవన్నీ గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి. అలాగే స్టాక్ జీకేపైనా ప్రశ్నలడుగుతారు. దేశాలు వాటి రాజధానులు, కరెన్సీలు, పార్లమెంట్ పేర్లు, ఎత్తయినవి, లోతైనవి, విశాలమైనవి...ఇలా అన్ని ముఖ్యాంశాలూ కవర్ అయ్యేలా చదువుకోవాలి. పత్రికా పఠనం పెంపొందించుకుని ముఖ్యాంశాలు నోట్సుగా రాసుకుంటే ఆశించిన మేర ప్రయోజనం పొందవచ్చు.
జనరల్ ఇంగ్లిష్
తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల విద్యార్థులు భయపడే విభాగం ఇదే. అయితే క్లరికల్ పోస్టులకు పోటీ రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిలో ఉంటుంది కాబట్టి ఆందోళన చెందాల్సిన పనిలేదు. అలాగని చెప్పి ఈ విభాగాన్ని నిర్లక్ష్యం చేస్తే ప్రమాదమే. ఎందుకంటే ఈ విభాగంలో ఎక్కువ మార్కులు స్కోర్ చేసినవాళ్లు పోస్టింగ్ని సొంతం చేసుకోవచ్చు. కాబట్టి ప్రాథమికాంశాలతో ప్రిపరేషన్ ప్రారంభించాలి. వ్యాకరణంపై పట్టు సాధించాలి. ఈ విభాగంలో కొద్దిపాటి సన్నద్ధతతో ఎక్కువ మార్కులు స్కోర్ చేయడానికి అవకాశం ఉండే అంశాలపై (ఉదాహరణకు ఆర్టికల్స్) ముందు దృష్టి కేంద్రీకరించాలి. కనీసం 25 మార్కులకు తగ్గకుండా చూసుకుని, మిగిలిన విభాగాల్లో రాణిస్తే ఉద్యోగం పొందడం సాధ్యమవుతుంది. పారాగ్రాఫ్ ప్రశ్నలు, ఖాళీలను పూరించడంపై దృష్టి పెట్టాలి. సమయం ఉంటే పదసంపదను మెరుగుపర్చుకోవాలి.
క్వాంటిటేటివ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్
పరీక్షలో అధిక సమయం పట్టే విభాగాల్లో ఇదొకటి. అందువల్ల సమయం వృథా కాకుండా చూసుకోవడం ముఖ్యం. తక్కువ వ్యవధిలో జవాబు రాబట్టగలిగే ప్రశ్నలపై ముందు దృష్టి పెట్టాలి. తర్వాత సమయం ఉంటే మిగిలిన ప్రశ్నల సంగతి ఆలోచించవచ్చు. కొన్ని ప్రశ్నలు చదవడానికే కనీసం నిమిషం పడుతుంది. అభ్యర్థులు తెలివిగా వీటిని ముట్టుకోకపోవడమే మంచిది. అలాగే జవాబు రాబట్టడానికి ఎక్కువ ప్రొసీజర్ అవసరమయ్యే వాటిని కూడా పక్కనపెట్టేయడమే శ్రేయస్కరం. మొత్తం ప్రశ్నపత్రం పూర్తయిన తర్వాత సమయం ఉంటే ఈ రెండు రకాల ప్రశ్నలకూ జవాబులు రాబట్టడానికి ప్రయత్నించడం తెలివైన నిర్ణయం అవుతుంది. అభ్యర్థికి తెలివితేటలతోపాటు తెలివిగా నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవడం కూడా అవసరమే. తెలివితేటలు, నిర్ణయాల మధ్య సమన్వయం కుదిరితేనే విజయతీరాలను చేరొచ్చు.
కూడికలు, తీసివేతలు, గుణకారాలు, భాగహారాలు, ఘనాలు, ఘన మూలాలు, వర్గాలు, వర్గమూలాలు, శాతాలు, భిన్నాలకు సంబంధించిన అంశాల మీద మంచి పట్టు సాధించాలి. వడ్డీ రేట్లు, వాటాలు, కాలం-పని, కాలం-దూరం, రైళ్లు, వయసు మీద ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి. శాతాలు, నిష్పత్తులపైనా అవగాహన పెంచుకోవాలి. కొంత డేటా ఇచ్చి ప్రశ్నలు అడుగుతారు. దాన్ని విశ్లేషించగలిగితే ఐదు మార్కులు సులువుగా సొంతం చేసుకున్నట్టే.
రీజనింగ్ ఎబిలిటీ
అభ్యర్థులు సంఖ్యలు, అక్షరాలు, పదాలపై ఎక్కువ సాధన చేయవలసి వుంటుంది. వర్గాలు, ఘనాలు, వర్గమూలాలు, ఘన మూలాలపై పట్టు సాధించాలి. ప్రశ్నను చూసిన వెంటనే జవాబు రాసేవిధంగా సాధన చేయాలి. ప్రాథమికాంశాలపై దృష్టి పెట్టాలి. తక్కువ సమయంలో తెలివిగా ఆలోచించి జవాబు గుర్తించే నైపుణ్యం పెంచుకోవాలి. దీనికి సాధన ఒక్కటే మార్గం. వీలైనన్ని మోడల్ ప్రశ్నలు బాగా ప్రాక్టీస్ చేయాలి. నోటితోనే లెక్కించగలిగే నైపుణ్యాన్ని పెంపొందించుకోవాలి.
మార్కెటింగ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్
వివిధ కంపెనీలు వాటి ఉత్పత్తులపై అవగాహన ఉండాలి. అలాగే ట్యాగ్లైన్లు గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి. కిందివాటిలో ఫలానా కంపెనీకి చెందని ఉత్పత్తిని గుర్తించండి? సంతూర్ సబ్బు ఏ కంపెనీ తయారుచేస్తుంది? మామ్స్ మ్యాజిక్ బిస్కెట్లు ఏ సంస్థ ఉత్పాదన? ఇలా ప్రశ్నలడుగుతారు. లోగో ఇచ్చి కంపెనీ పేరు కూడా గుర్తించమనొచ్చు. కాబట్టి విరివిగా ఉపయోగించే వివిధ రకాల ఉత్పత్తులు, పరికరాలపై అవగాహన పెంచుకోవాలి. కొత్తగా మార్కెట్లోకి వస్తున్న వాటిపైనా సమాచారం అభ్యర్థి వద్ద ఉండాలి. భీమా రంగానికి చెందిన వివిధ కంపెనీలు, వాటి పాలసీలపైనా ప్రశ్నలుంటాయి.
కంప్యూటర్ నాలెడ్జ్
ఈ విభాగంలో కంప్యూటర్ హార్డ్వేర్, సాఫ్ట్వేర్ అంశాలపై ప్రశ్నలుంటాయి. కంప్యూటర్ను వినియోగించడం తెలిసినవాళ్లు చాలా ప్రశ్నలకు సులువుగానే సమాధానాలు రాయవచ్చు. కంప్యూటర్, టెక్నాలజీ సంబంధిత పదజాలంపై పరిజ్ఞానం పెంచుకోవడం ద్వారా ఈ విభాగాన్ని సమర్థంగా ఎదుర్కోవచ్చు. అలాగే చాలా తక్కువ వ్యవధిలో ఈ విభాగం పూర్తిచేస్తే ఇక్కడ ఆదా చేసిన సమయాన్ని క్వాంటిటేటివ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్, రీజనింగ్లకు వినియోగించుకోవడం సాధ్యమవుతుంది. ఫలితంగా నిర్ణీత వ్యవధిలో తెలిసిన అన్ని ప్రశ్నలకూ జవాబులు గుర్తించడం వీలవుతుంది.
ఐబీపీఎస్ క్లరికల్ పరీక్షతో పోలిస్తే ఈ పరీక్షలో అదనంగా మార్కెటింగ్ విభాగం ఉంటుంది. అలాగే పరీక్ష స్థాయి కొంచెం కఠినంగా ఉంటుంది.
ఎస్బీఐ, ఎస్బీఐ అసోసియేట్స్ క్లరికల్ పాత ప్రశ్నపత్రాలను బాగా సాధన చేయాలి. వీటితోపాటు ఐబీపీఎస్ క్లరికల్ ప్రశ్నపత్రాలూ ప్రాక్టీస్ చేయాలి.
