హైదరాబాద్: డీఎస్సీ-2012 రాత పరీక్షలు వాయిదా పడ్డాయి. జూన్/జులైలో నిర్వహించాల్సిన ఉపాధ్యాయ అర్హత పరీక్ష(టెట్)ను మే 31న.. డీఎస్సీ రాతపరీక్షలను ఆగస్టు 27, 28, 29 తేదీల్లో నిర్వహించనున్నారు. ఉపాధ్యాయ నియామకాలకు 'టెట్'లో ఉత్తీర్ణత తప్పనిసరి చేసినందున అభ్యర్థులకు ప్రయోజనం చేకూరేలా ప్రభుత్వం ఈ నిర్ణయాన్ని తీసుకుంది. టెట్ ప్రకటనను ఈనెల 19న విడుదల చేయనున్నారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి కిరణ్‌కుమార్‌రెడ్డితో చర్చించిన అనంతరం గురువారం ఉదయం ఈ విషయాన్ని వెల్లడించిన మాధ్యమిక విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి పార్థసారథి రాత్రి విలేఖరుల సమావేశంలో పరీక్షల ప్రణాళిక పట్టికను ప్రకటించారు. డీఎస్సీ రాత పరీక్షలను వాయిదా వేయాలంటూ అందిన విజ్ఞప్తుల మేరకు వీటి నిర్వహణలో మార్పులు చేశామని వివరించారు. డీఎస్సీ-2012లో ప్రకటించిన 21,343 ఉపాధ్యాయ పోస్టుల భర్తీలో ఎలాంటి మార్పు ఉండదని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఇవికాకుండా ఖాళీగా ఉన్న ఉపాధ్యాయ పోస్టులను మరో డీఎస్సీ ద్వారా భర్తీ చేస్తామన్నారు. డీఎస్సీ రాతపరీక్షలను వాయిదా వేసినందున ఈలోగా అర్హతలు పూర్తిచేసుకున్నవారికీ (బీఎడ్/డీఎడ్) అవకాశాన్ని కల్పిస్తామన్నారు. భవిష్యత్తులో డీఎస్సీ రాత పరీక్షలోనే టెట్‌నూ కలిపి నిర్వహించాలని ఆలోచిస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. దీనిపై క్షుణ్నంగా అధ్యయనం జరపాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు.

* ఏపీఆన్‌లైన్ లేదా ఈసేవా ద్వారా ఫీజు చెల్లింపు గడువు జులై 12 వరకు పొడిగింపు.
* ఆన్‌లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తుల స్వీకరణ జులై 13వ వరకు కొనసాగుతుంది.
* ఆగస్టు 14 నుంచి హాల్‌టికెట్లను డౌన్‌లోడు చేసుకోవచ్చు.
* పరీక్షలు ఆగస్టు 27, 28, 29 తేదీల్లో జరుగుతాయి.
* సెప్టెంబరు 28న ఫలితాల వెల్లడి
డీఎస్సీ-2012 ప్రకటన జారీ సమయంలో పేర్కొన్న ప్రకారం మే 2, 3, 4 తేదీల్లో పరీక్షలు జరగాల్సి ఉంది. ఇప్పుడు ఆ తేదీలను మార్చినందున అదే క్రమంలో పరీక్షలు జరిగే విషయంపై ఒకట్రెండు రోజుల్లో అధికారిక ప్రకటన జారీచేస్తామని విద్యాశాఖ సంచాలకులు శివశంకర్ వెల్లడించారు. గత తేదీల ప్రకారమైతే మొదటిరోజు ఎస్జీటీ, లాంగ్వేజి పండిట్, ఫిజికల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్.. రెండోరోజు స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్ సైన్స్, లాంగ్వేజెస్.. మూడోరోజు ఇతరులకు పరీక్షలు జరగాలి. అయితే ఆగస్టులో నిర్వహించనున్న పరీక్షల్లో ఈ క్రమంలో కాకుండా మార్పులు జరిగే అవకాశాలు కనిపిస్తున్నాయి.
డీఎస్సీ రాతపరీక్షల తేదీలు మారినందున ఇప్పటికే టెట్‌లో అర్హత సాధించి దరఖాస్తు చేసిన వారు కూడా మళ్లీ టెట్ రాసే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఎందుకంటే టెట్‌లో ఇంప్రూవ్‌మెంట్ కోసం తిరిగి రాసుకునే వెసులుబాటు ఉంది. దీంతో ఇలాంటి వారి కోసం సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌లో మార్పుచేయాల్సిన పరిస్థితి తలెత్తింది. మూడున్నర నెలలకు పైగా దరఖాస్తుల స్వీకరణ జరగనుంది. తొలుత ప్రకటించిన డీఎస్సీ రాతపరీక్షలు అనుసరించి అభ్యర్థులు ప్రత్యేకంగా శిక్షణ పొందుతూ వస్తున్నారు. తాజా మార్పులతో వీరి సన్నద్ధతకు అవరోధం ఏర్పడింది. కొందరి ప్రణాళికలు తారుమారయ్యాయి.

EDCET 2012. Entrace Notification
NOTIFICATION
Education Common Entrance Test (EdCET-2012) for the year 2012 will be
conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.72
(SE Trg-1) Dept dt: 05.07.2004 for admission into B.Ed regular course in Colleges of
Education in A.P for the academic year 2012-2013. For details visit websites:

Interested eligible candidates may obtain prescribed printed application form along
with OMR cum ICR application form and information booklet can be had from all the
Head Post Offices and the University Post Offices in the State of A.P. The application
forms can also be had from designated main Branches of Axis Bank outlets in A.P. For

Eligibility for Ed.CET-2012: The candidates should fulfill the following criteria.
(a) The candidates should have passed B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.Sc.(Home
Science)/B.C.A./B.B.M. Examination from any University in Andhra
Pradesh or a recognized University out side Andhra Pradesh.
(b) The candidates who are appearing for final year degree examinations in
2012 are also eligible to appear for entrance examination.
(c) Candidates with at least 50% Marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree or in
the Master’s Degree in the relevant subject or any other qualification
equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission into B.Ed. course. However
the candidates belonging to all reserved categories should have secured a
minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination.
(d) The qualifying mark in the Entrance Test for all candidates is 37 out of 150
(i.e 25%). For the candidates belonging to SC/ST communities there will be
no qualifying marks for ranking.
(e) There will be no qualifying marks for women in the subjects of Physical
Sciences and Mathematics.
(f) The candidates should have completed 19 years of age as on 01-07-2012.
Filled-in application forms should be submitted along with relevant documents to The
Convener, Ed.CET-2012, Examination Block (Ground Floor), A.U College of
Engineering (A), Andhra University, Visakhapatnam- 530 003, A.P., either in
person or by Speed/Registered Post only on or before 5.00 P.M, 23.04.2012.
Applications also can be submitted online. However, a copy of the application
downloaded along with two passport size photographs and D.D. for Rs. 150/- drawn
from any Nationalized Bank in favor of “The Secretary, APSCHE, payable at
Hyderabad, must be sent to the Convener, Ed.CET-2012, Examination Block
(Ground Floor), A.U College of Engineering (A), Andhra University,
Visakhapatnam- 530 003 on or before 5.00 P.M, 23.04.2012. For further details on

Note: - 1. The Convener shall not be in anyway responsible for postal delay
or loss in transit etc.

RBI YOUNG SCHOLARS AWARD SCHEME
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has launched the RBI Young
Scholars Award Scheme to generate interest in and
awareness about the Indian banking sector and RBI. Under
the Scheme, the RBI will select a maximum of 150 young
scholars through a countrywide competitive examination
and award scholarship. Selection test will focus on the role
and functions of RBI and banks in India and will be held in
English as well as in all major regional languages. Selected
candidates will be required to work on projects in select
offices of RBI for 2 to 3 months and will be paid a
consolidated stipend of Rs. 7500/- per month during the
duration of the project. RBI will assist outstation awardees
in boarding and lodging. The awardees shall have no
right/claim for an appointment in the RBI. Any candidate
who had qualified and worked at RBI under the RBI Young
Scholar Award Scheme in any of the previous years are
not eligible to apply again.
All students, between 18 and 23 years of age, currently
pursuing their undergraduate studies in any subject under
any recognized university in India, are eligible to take the
competitive examination. There is no application fee. The
selection test will be held on January 29, 2012 at various
centres across India. The results of the selection test will
be announced in the first week of April 2012. Desirous
candidates may submit applications only by the online
mode. Last date for receipt of applications is December 16,
